Psalm 135:13-21

Here there is a contrast between our God who is the living God, the perfect judge of His people and idols who are the work of men's hands.
Idols are inanimate objects, having mouths, eyes, ears, but cannot speak, see, nor hear. Notice it is said: they that make them are like them. Can you imagine making a statue or a doll and thinking that your creation can do something for you? That is true of anything we put in the place of the Sovereign, living God.
Next we have three verses of blessing to God. First it is the house of Israel, the chosen nation. Then the house of Aaron the priestly family. Then the house of Levi, the priestly tribe. After that the City where God placed His name.
You will notice this is an Old Testament blessing for the chosen people of God. Our blessing is the same but different in scope because our blessing is through salvation through Jesus Christ. First of all we are saved because He bore our sins in His own body on the tree (cross). Then we are blessed if we walk with Him in the power of the Holy Spirit.
