There is a vast amount of difference between the Old Testament and the New Testament. Its main difference of course is the difference between the requirements of the law and the grace of God.
There is one common word used uniquely in both Testaments. That is the word "blood." It ws sprinkled on the book of the law, and all the vessels fo the Tabernacle and even Aaron had to have blood upon him to enter the holy place. There was a ritual that always required blood throughout the law of Moses.
What a difference between the law of the Old Testament and the grace of God in the New Testament. There is now only one kind of blood. That is the blood of the Precious Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world. We find in the book of Hebrews that the blood of Christ is enough to satisfy God on our behalf, and take care of our sins forever.
I hope you who may read this have taken Christ as your Savior. He died for you, but you must receive Him as your own Savior.
