Paul used his own life to demonstrate to the Corinthians how love always trumps liberty.
1. Paul's Position - Paul was an Apostle, a position of authority.
2. Paul's Power - Paul had liberty as a believer, his rights.
3. Paul's Practice - Paul had sacrificially given of himself to minister to the Corinthians.
Paul's position, power and practice gave Him the liberty, lawful and legitimate right to expect something in return. However, God's love gives without expecting anything in return.
I must be willing to lay aside my rights of liberty in order to serve others in love and build them up in the body.
Walk with the Lord and demonstrate God's love!!!
