There are three things that could be talked about in this section of the Word of God. The first is the peace that Christian believers had as we look over the whole chapter. A lot can be done when Christians are at peace with one another. The devil can work when Christians don't get along with each other.
The second thing is when Paul decided to cover old grounds and go to all the places where they had preached before, strengthening the new believers. When someone turns to Christ they are considered babes in Christ. They need to be fed and cared for. This was a great idea on Paul's part.
Then there seemed to be a difference between Paul and Barnabas about taking John Mark with them as earlier he left the group and went home. Barnabas and John Mark were close relatives. Whether that made a difference I don't know but we do have to watch that sort of thing. Later Paul's attitude toward John Mark changed greatly. I do believe it was John Mark who had grown a lot as a Christian. He was the writer of the gospel of Mark. When lessons are to be learned, I want to learn them.
