There is diversity but unity in the body of Christ. Specific and general principles are given for recognizing and appreciating the various gifts, yet living and functioning with oneness.
1. Humility - v.3,16 - gifts are by grace
2. Honesty - v.4,17 - no respect of persons
3. Harmony - v.5,18 - members work together to complement not contradict
