The passage shows three deceptions of dead doctrine. Dead doctrine is doctrine that is man made or man powered. The children of Israel were going through the motions of true worship without having any reality to their relationship with the true God.
Deceptions:
1. God does not see.
2. God does not know.
3. God does not care.
Because of these deceptions many go on in their wickedness and face terrible consequences and judgment. God does see everything about me and He knows the truth of it all and He will respond accordingly in His time!
Walk with the Lord and stay away from dead doctrine!!!
