This passage gives the keys to growing in spiritual maturity. Mature believers have these characteristics:
1. They are diligent not dull.
2. They are teachers not toddlers.
3. They eat meat and not milk.
4. They are exercised not at ease.
Do not stop growing as a Christian - follow these principles for growth.
Walk with the Lord and grow in maturity!!!
