When reading today’s scripture, 2 Chronicles 33:1-10, it truly is a story of when things seem to go from bad to worse. The story goes to not only from the king died but the king who takes his place goes in the complete direction than what they were going in before. It is so despairing when it appears that there is no sense of good or right anywhere. Evil is on the rise, not just in a snails pace, but at lightening speed. The heart and mind needs to be continually fixed on vs. 10 that regardless how bad conditions get that God is still speaking. We can always have this assurance that no matter how bad conditions get or the hearts of men and women decline that God is still speaking. Am I listening and obeying?
