Haggai prophesied to the people as an encouragement to stay in the work of rebuilding the temple.In this passage we see:
1. Complete - God's work of discipline during the captivity was totally under His control and was now finished.
2. Cleanse - God wanted clean hearts first and foremost not just a return to empty ritual but strong relationship
3. Continue - Stay encouraged and don't get slack! Give the work of God your wholehearted effort!
Walk with the Lord and stay in the work!!!
